Are returns accepted and what is the procedure for returning a product?

All products can be returned for refund only (within 15 days or receipt) if they are unused and unopened. We do not accept returns on any product that has been opened or has had fuel installed. If you intend to return an item, please contact us here, and let us know what item will be returned.


Note: merchandise returned with missing items is not eligible for a refund.


For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will determine the course of action; credit, repair or replacement. A 15% restocking fee may be applicable on any unused items.

What shipping carriers do you use and what if the product has been damaged during shipping?

Shipments are available via UPS and to addresses which are attended at all times during the business day. The Buyer is responsible for being available for delivery with payment ready. If a C.O.D. order is refused or unclaimed, the Buyer will be billed for the expenses incurred and agrees to reimburse us promptly upon billing.


Before a claim for damage incurred during shipping is processed, we require that the item be brand new and unused. All photos and documentation showing the shipping damage can be forwarded to No shipping damage claims will be accepted without including proper photo documentation.


Note: Damage claims must be filed within 24 hours of the tracking number showing package was delivered.

What if the product is defective?

If a product is suspected of having a manufacturing defect, the following documentation is required to be forwarded to


- The original sales order number.

- A detailed explanation of the issue.

- Clear photos showing the suspected defective part(s).


The following situations will absolutely not be considered manufacturing defects:

- Improper setup/break-in of the vehicle.
- Loose hardware.
- Crash damage.

What kind of warranty RC cars carry?

We stand behind all products sold. All RC cars and trucks carry a 90-day Limited Warranty. All warranty coverage starts from date of purchase by the ultimate customer. Proof of Purchase may be requested. We will determine if the item is in fact defective upon receipt and inspection, at no time can any item be replaced before the item in question is returned and inspected. If the item shows signs of misuse, abuse or failure to follow instructions it will not be accepted for warranty consideration. Please, make sure to read a manual. These warranties cover defects with the materials, workmanship, or assembly at factory only.These warranties do not cover breakage due to abuse, improper break-in, improper setup, or improper operation.


Items not covered by warranty:

- Engines

- Gears, including clutch bell and others

- Clutch and clutch springs

- Engine pull starter

- Electronics

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards through PayPal payment processor. Also, if you are a member of PayPal, you can alternatively pay from your PayPal personal account.

I ordered the item, but it's out of stock?
At any given time, we strive to keep all items in its catalog in-stock for at once shipment, but a lot of times we have too many orders and are not available to ship out the product within reasonable time. In that case, depending on the customers needs, we can back-order an item or cancel an order. Most back-orders ship within three (3) weeks.
